1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Couples Touch App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Couples Touch App is a relationship platform designed to help couples stay connected through communication tools, challenges, and relationship-building experiences.

The platform is intended for couples seeking to strengthen emotional and spiritual connection.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of their login credentials
• Use the platform respectfully and responsibly

Users are responsible for activity occurring under their accounts.

4. One Love Connection Rule

Each account may connect with only one love at a time.

Once connected, both accounts become linked within the platform. Additional simultaneous connections are not permitted.

Users may disconnect through account settings if necessary.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to disrupt platform functionality
• Harass or abuse other users

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or removed.

6. Subscription & Payments

Couples Touch App may offer optional paid subscription plans on the web. The iPhone/iPad App Store version does not route users to Stripe or an external checkout.

Example pricing:

• $4 monthly per couple
• $24 yearly per couple

Eligible web customers may receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but there is no charge at trial signup. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically and will renew until cancelled.

Web subscriptions are managed through account settings and Stripe billing. The App Store launch version currently includes in-app access without requiring a Stripe purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including design, branding, and software, is the property of Couples Touch App.

Users may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

8. Disclaimer

Couples Touch App provides relationship tools and encouragement but does not replace professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

Users should seek professional help when necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

Couples Touch App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
